This initial phone consultation allows one of our team members to connect with you and discuss the scope of work, project requirements, budget, and timelines.
During this phase, we visit on site to meet with you, take measurements, capture photos, and gain a clear understanding of your vision for the space. If necessary, we will coordinate with our contractor to assess project specifics.
Once our designer has a comprehensive understanding of your needs, we will provide an estimated quote for the project. At this stage, payment will be processed, and the contract will be signed between you and Citrine Interiors.
In this phase, we will ensure alignment between the client and designer. We will review inspiration images, explore a mood board, and discuss color schemes and design aesthetics to confirm the direction of the project.
This is where the creative journey truly begins. Our designers will present a custom design board, and you’ll have the opportunity to experience the design elements firsthand—touching fabric samples, reviewing color schemes, and selecting furnishings, lighting, tile, and hardware. Once all selections are finalized, we will proceed with placing orders.
